Once you have placed your online order with cricshop.com, we will endeavour to ensure your items are despatched within 3-10 working days. In some cases, however, it may take up to 28 days for certain goods to be sent (please see individual products for despatch details).

Please note that customers ordering personalised shirts should allow 10-14 working days for despatch of their goods. You should also be aware that some items are sent directly from Cricshop.com suppliers and so your order may arrive through a number of deliveries.

For deliveries to the UK, we charge £3.50, but orders of more than £50 are delivered for free. All European deliveries are charged at £4.25 for the first item and £3.50 for each additional item, while deliveries to the rest of the world are £4.75 for the first and £4.00 for each additional item.

Cricshop.com cannot accept exchanges or refunds in circumstances where the customer has selected to have their own name and number printed and this has been actioned correctly by Cricshop.com.
