- How can I pay?Top
You can pay by credit or debit card - whether you buy over the phone, by post or online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro (formerly Switch). Please note, with mail orders (whether placed by phone, fax or post) your card will usually be charged on the day we receive your order.
If you send your order by post you can also choose to pay by cheque or postal order, made payable to Duke Marketing Ltd.
NB: for both on and off-line orders we regret to advise that we are not able to accept Solo or Electron Visa payment types.
- How do I cancel my order?Top
If you change your mind once you've placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions: -
- If your whole order remains un-despatched, we'll be happy to cancel it and refund the full amount immediately.
- If your order is in or has already been despatched, you have the right to cancel the contract (in writing) within 14 working days from the day after you receive the order.
- How do I return goods I don't want?Top
As set out in our Terms & Conditions, www.Cricshop.com/shop does not operate a Courier returns service - so all goods must be returned using the Royal Mail. This information is available prior to ordering either online, on the Order Form or by contacting our Helpline.
When you return an item, remember to tell us whether you require a refund or replacement** - and enclose a brief covering letter containing your name, address, customer and order numbers with your returned goods.
In the unlikely event of a fault with an item you have purchased, indicate the nature of the problem on the returns paperwork and indicate where it is on the garment.
Don’t worry if you have discarded the original packaging. It’s acceptable to parcel the items up using whatever wrapping you have available but the packaging must be strong enough for the return journey through the postal service.

When returning goods through the Post Office, it is advisable to obtain proof of posting and take out the applicable parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.
** Please Note: replacement items will be re-sent to you free of charge but if the cost of the replacement exceeds the cost of the returned item, please enclose payment for the difference using a cheque or Postal order (but NOT cash).
NB. www.Cricshop.com/shop will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels in transit.
- How long will it take to receive a replacement?Top
If you return something to exchange it for the same item, another size or colour or different items of the same value, your replacement will be despatched within 10 days of receipt (subject to availability).
If you want to exchange for higher value items, the same time period is applicable - but you should enclose payment for the difference with your returned item. If the replacement is of lower value we will refund the difference (generally with credit or debit card).
- How long will it take to receive my refund?Top
Once we receive the goods, we will refund you in full within 10 working days. The above complies with Sections 9 to 14 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Where possible, all refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned items. If you paid by credit card, debit card or cheque, refunds will be paid directly into your account. Please check the appropriate statement before contacting us. If you paid by postal order or gift voucher you will be refunded by cheque.
- How much does delivery cost?Top
All delivery costs are calculated according to the weight and destination of the package you are sending. Please add your items to your basket and then select your delivery country to see the delivery price that you will be charged.
Some lighter items, such as T-shirts, can be delivered FREE worldwide, although this will depend on the weight of the items in your parcel. Heavier items, such as cricket bats, will incur extra charges.
To the UK, our goods are normally sent out by Royal Mail using either first class post but we are able to offer either next day or courier delivery: please call 01624 640006 for further information about this service.
